I have the same problem. Running Android 6.0.1 and have the spotify app and the sonos app installed on my phone, (moto G4) 4 spotify services are listed on the 'Add Music Services' tab, all of them give me a 'Unable to load service description' reply when I select them. Sonos is about to release a new, redesigned app and operating system, known as S2, that will power its current and future speakers for years to come. Sonos is releasing a new version of the Sonos Control app on June 8th, but not all of the company's previous hardware will be able to make the switch. In what seems to be a compromise regarding.
